According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Yankees are -118 money line favorites versus the Red Sox, who have odds of +108 to pull off the upset. With David Price set to face Michael Pineda in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 7.5 runs.

Price pitched seven innings of one-run ball, and the Red Sox bested the Orioles 5-2 on Saturday. Price surrendered just three hits, including a solo homer to Manny Machado in the seventh inning, and he walked one while striking out seven. Through two starts, the southpaw has allowed five hits and walked three, good for a 0.67 WHIP. It’s still early, but Price appears to be up to his pre-injury form. (Rotoworld)
Pineda gave up a season-high five runs over five innings in a loss to the Blue Jays on Friday. Pineda put himself in an early hole by giving up a three-spot in the first, as Josh Donaldson connected for a solo homer and Justin Smoak added a two-run blast. He gave up 10 hits and walked three while striking out just one batter. Keep in mind that he had struck out at least five batters in each of his previous 10 starts this season. Pineda will try to put this outing in the rearview mirror when he faces the Red Sox next week at home.
Bet Tonight’s Red Sox vs. Yankees Game
OUR PREDICTION: The under is 5-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams and has cashed in seven of the last nine meetings between these two teams in New York. The under is also 3-0-1 in Pineda’s last four starts against the Red Sox and is 6-2 in the Yankees’ last eight home games. On the other side, the under is a perfect 4-0 in Price’s last four starts overall.
