Coca-Cola 600 Odds
The NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series is set to host its longest race of the year this Sunday with the running of the Coca-Cola 600. Here’s a look at the odds to win.
According to the latest oddsmakers, Kevin Harvick is the favorite this weekend, as he has +210 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch (+500), Martin Truex Jr. (+500) and Kyle Larson (+750). The Coca-Cola 600 takes place on Sunday, May 27 from Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. The race begins at 6PM ET and will air live on FOX.
Harvick is a two-time winner of this race, last claiming the victory in 2013. He is a three-time winner at Charlotte in his career, posting an average finish of 13.692 at the track and a driver rating of 91.0 there. Harvick is having a dominant run in 2018, winning five races already this year, as well as the All-Star Race last weekend.
Busch hasn’t won this race, but did finish second last year. Amazingly, he has never won at Charlotte in his career despite having a 104.9 driver rating at the track. His average finish there is 14.115. This year, Busch has three victories and four other top-3 finishes.
Truex Jr. won this race back in 2016, his only Coca-Cola 600 win. In his career at Charlotte, Truex has two wins with an average finish of 15.08 and a driver rating of 88.5 there. This year, the defending series champ has one win with six other top-5 finishes.
Larson hasn’t won this race and has finished outside the top 10 in each of his four appearances. Over his career, his average finish at Charlotte is just 18.667, while his driver rating there is 85.8. Larson is off to somewhat of a slow start this year, as he has no win and four top-5 finishes.
