According to the latest oddsmakers, Kyle Busch is favored to win, as he is listed with 5/2 odds. Other short odds to win are Brad Keselowski (7/2), Joey Logano (6/1) and Kevin Harvick (6/1). The O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 is set to take place today at 3PM ET from Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.

Kyle Busch is on a roll right now and the defending champion of this race. He comes into the weekend having won two of the last three races while placing third or better in five of the six races this year. At Texas, Busch has three wins over his career with an average finish of 11.8 and a driver rating of 101.3. Busch definitely should be in the mix for a win once again.

Harvick has earned two wins at Texas over his career and his average finish at the track is 10.8, while his driver rating here is 96.3. Harvick hasn’t managed a win thus far in 2019, but he has placed in the top 10 in the last five and in the top 5 in three of those race. He has finished second in this very race twice in the last four years and I expect another strong showing tonight.

Elliott is a dark horse with a lot of potential today. He has drive at Texas six times in his career and has an average finish of 7.2, while his driver rating is 95.6. Elliott was off to a slow start to the season until he finished second at Martinsville last week. I think he can ride that momentum to an impressive showing today with long odds. He has finished in the top 10 at Texas in all but one of his race there.
