According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Knicks are currently listed with 75/1 odds to win the NBA Finals next season, while the Bulls are listed with 50/1 odds. Golden State is currently a 2/1 favorite to win it all.
Rose has spent his whole career with Chicago, where he is from. After winning the MVP honor in the 2010-11 season, he has been plagued with injuries since. He has failed to play more than 66 games in a regular season since 2011. However, he still has put up good numbers, averaging 16.4 points, 4.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds last season.
The Bulls are coming off a 42-40 record last season, missing out on the playoffs by two games. They appear to be looking for a change to better go with new coach Fred Hoiberg. New York is coming off a 32-50 record last season. Their last conference championship came in 1999 and last division title was in 2013.
