Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog.com have made the Dallas Mavericks a 1-point road favorite against the Portland Trailblazers on Tuesday night, while the over/under total is currently 189.5 points.
According to recent NBA trends, the under is 5-2 in the last seven meetings between the Mavs and Blazers, while the underdog is 10-4 against the number in the last 14 meetings. That said, the road team is 5-2 against the spread in the last seven meetings and Dallas is 8-3 ATRS in its last 11 games versus the NBA Northwest.
Dirk Nowitzki leads the Mavs in points per game with a 23.1 average and Jason Kidd has a team-high in assists with 8.3 per contest. LaMarcus Aldridge leads the Blazers in points per game with a 22.3 average while Andre Miller has a team-high in assits per game at 7.2 and Marcus Camby’s 10.8 rebounds per contest also lead Portland.
