NBA DFS Predictions: Can Anthony Davis remain hot? 2/28/18

Wednesday’s NBA DFS Predictions

With a full slate of games in the NBA tonight, here’s our NBA Daily Fantasy Predictions for Wednesday’s action.

Point Guard – Grizzlies’ Andrew Harrison (vs. Phoenix, 8PM ET) $5,700

A nice below-average pay option for tonight is Harrison, who has produced over 30 fantasy points in three of his last four games and faces the Suns tonight. Phoenix gives up the fourth-most points to point guards this season. Harrison has been logging plenty of minutes and has had double-digit field goal attempts in four straight.

Latest odds for Suns vs. Grizzlies

Shooting Guard – Clippers’ Lou Williams (vs. Houston, 10:30PM ET) $7,900

Williams is hot right now, posting at least 43 fantasy points in three straight games. Tonight he faces the Rockets in a game that should be a shootout. Along with scoring consistently, Williams is managing to add in good steals and assists stats. He has 22 assists over his last three games and at least one steal. He also has the ability to get around 5 rebounds to really stack up the points.

Small Forward – Bucks’ Khris Middleton (at Detroit, 7PM ET) $6,700

Middleton has been a steady scoring option for the Bucks and tonight he has a favorable matchup with the Pistons. Middleton had 21 points, five rebounds and six assists in a Dec. 6 meeting with Detroit and 27 points, six rebounds and eight assists in a Nov. 15 meeting. The Pistons have struggled to defend the arc, which leaves the door open for Middleton to score big.

Bet on Bucks vs. Pistons

Power Forward – Spurs’ Joffrey Lauvergne (vs. New Orleans, 8:30PM ET) $3,400

If you want to score big in DFS, you need a big game from a rather large unknown. That player today could be Lauvergne. Granted, he’s played just nine minutes of his last two games combined, but with Pau Gasol listed as doubtful to play tonight because of a knee bruise, the door opens up for Lauvergne. The last game he got extended minutes was Feb. 13, where he played 24 minutes and posted 26 points with 11 rebounds for a 45.25-point day in fantasy. For such a cheap price, he is very likely to produce way over value.

Center – Pelicans’ Anthony Davis (at San Antonio, 8:30PM ET) $11,700

With some of the cheaper options played, you can look to ride the wave of Anthony Davis, who has been dominant for weeks. He has scored over 90 fantasy points in two of his last three games and has scored at least 38 points in five of his last six games. With Gasol out for the Spurs, that’s one less experienced body to try and defend the pain for San Antonio, so expect Davis to go nuts again today.
