Monday’s NBA DFS Picks

A light NBA schedule for Monday, March 12, 2018 limits the NBA Daily Fantasy options. Here are some suggested plays for the night.

Point Guard – Blazers’ Damian Lillard (vs. Miami, 10:30PM ET) $9,300

Tonight’s NBA lineup is heavy on the superstar guards. I think Lillard is the good play tonight. James Harden has a knee injury and Russell Westbrook has a price tag $2,300 higher than Lillard. I think Lillard can put up as much as either tonight against Miami. He has put up at least 45 fantasy points in three straight and eight of his last 10. At home, Lillard is averaging 26.1 points and 6.6 assists per game. I expect him to surpass that tonight against a Miami team that is a little thin at the guard position.

Latest NBA odds for Monday, March 12, 2018

Shooting Guard – Heat’s Tyler Johnson (at Portland, 10:30PM ET) $5,200

With Dwyane Wade injured, Johnson should see an uptick in minutes once again. He had 38 minutes at Washington last week and put up 39.75 fantasy points. Johnson has been able to produce when given the minutes and he should log plenty tonight. With Goran Dragic drawing a tough matchup with Lillard, Johnson should get double-digit field goal attempts and be able to mix in some secondary stats.

Small Forward – Thunder’s Corey Brewer (vs. Sacramento, 8PM ET) $3,700

Brewer is someone that is seeing a boost in production as of late as he has been put into the starting lineup recently. He has logged 58 minutes over his last two games and been able to produce a total of 46.25 fantasy points. Given his very low price, Brewer is someone that can score in double figures as a beneficiary of Westbrook’s passing. He also will grab some rebounds. Against the Kings, I think he definitely flies past his value and could push for 30 fantasy points.

Bet on NBA for Monday, March 12, 2018

Power Forward – Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo (at Memphis, 8PM ET) $10,800

With cheaper options at the other positions, you can add the Greek Freak to your roster with Lillard. Giannis has put up more than 50 fantasy points in four of his last five games and is a stat filler. He recorded 27 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 blocks in his first meeting with the Grizzlies this season. In March, Giannis is averaging 27 points, 9.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.6 blocks per game. Expect the production to continue tonight.

Center – Blazers’ Ed Davis (vs. Miami, 10:30PM ET) $4,500

Davis is another cheap option with a lot of upside tonight. Davis has been very strong on the glass, racking up 29 boards over his last two games and at least 10 in five of his last six. While not a great scoring option, Davis should be a factor in this game with Miami being without Hassan Whiteside. I expect Davis to lead Portland’s rebounding effort and push for fantasy points in the upper 30’s.
