The Cleveland Cavaliers are the favorites to win the Eastern Conference, but are other teams gaining on them?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Cavs are a -260 favorite to win the East this year while other short odds to win are the Toronto Raptors (+500) and the Atlanta Hawks (+1000).
The Cavaliers went 57-25 on the season with a 33-8 home record and 24-17 road record. They have the top seed in the East and are looking to win back-to-back conference titles. They have won the conference title twice in program history.

The Raptors went 56-26 this season to finish second in the East. Toronto went 32-9 at home and 24-17 on the road. The Raptors have never won the conference title in their history.
Atlanta went 48-34 this season to finish fourth in the East standings. The Hawks were 27-14 at home and 21-20 on the road. The Hawks have won four conference titles, but all came as part of the Western Conference. The last title came in 1961.
