Heat to roll against the Sixers on Friday?
Goran Dragic and the Heat are favored on the road tonight in Philadelphia and should breeze past the 76ers when the two teams meet at 7:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Heat are 9.5-point road favorites versus the Sixers for tonight’s game while the over/under is sitting at 205 points. While Miami is 6-4 straight up and 7-3 against the spread over its last 10 games, Philadelphia is winless at 0-10 and also failed to cover the spread in six of those 10 contests.
Dragic lit up his former team on Thursday, racking up 25 points with seven rebounds, four assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 34 minutes of the Heat’s 108-92 win over the Suns. Dragic has been a great fit with Miami since the team traded for him in February of 2015. And with the Heat switching to a more up-tempo pace on offense, Dragic and his teammates have found an identity on that side of the ball.

The Heat have covered the spread in seven of their last games, are 4-1 against the number in their last five road games and are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 contests versus fellow Eastern Conference opponents. If you’re worried about them having the ability to cover playing on back-to-back nights, don’t: They’re a perfect 4-0 against the spread in their last four games on no rest.
With the Sixers just 1-6 at the betting window in their last seven games and 0-5 against the number in their last five contests playing on one day of rest, the Heat are a solid bet to roll tonight in Philly.
