Thunder vs. Spurs Prediction
The Spurs are heavily favored tonight at 8:30PM ET against the Thunder. Will Oklahoma City hang?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Spurs are 9-point home favorites versus the Thunder while the over/under is currently sitting at 211 points. While the point spread hasn’t budged off the original number of 9, the total hit the board at 213.5 and has dropped to 211.
The Thunder have won six of their last 10 games and also covered the spread in six of those 10 contests. They had their three-game winning streak snapped by the Cavs on Sunday, as they were routed 107-91 as a 7.5-point road underdog. Russell Westbrook did post his league-leading 24th triple-double of the season, racking up 20 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists.
The Spurs are 6-4 over their last 10 but are just 5-5 against the spread over that same span. They have now lost back-to-back games, dropping a 119-103 decision at New Orleans last week and then fell 105-101 to the Mavericks on Sunday. LaMarcus Aldridge finished 16 points, seven rebounds and four assists, hitting 5-of-14 from the field. Tony Parker also added 16 points with four assists in 23 minutes.
