Dion Waiters is out for the season following ankle surgery. Okaro White is out until the All-Star Break with an ankle injury. Rodney McGruder is out until mid-April with a stress fracture in his leg. For the Pistons, Brice Johnson is questionable after being acquired in a trade earlier this week. Reggie Jackson is out until late February with an ankle sprain. Jon Leuer is out for the season after surgery to repair an ankle sprain.

Who We Like: Detroit will benefit for the second game in a row since acquiring Griffin that it will play at home an opponent on the second end of a back-to-back. With Whiteside possibly out, that makes the Pistons even more attractive. With Griffin on the court last game against the Grizzlies, Detroit was dominant. There were a lot of issues with him off the court, but if those can be worked out I like the hosts in this spot.
