The Spurs announced on Sunday that they will keep Tim Duncan out of tonight’s 10:30PM ET matchup with the Warriors. Duncan is dealing with some soreness in his right knee. The Spurs benching players, especially veterans, isn’t new and something Gregg Popovich does in attempt to keep his team healthy heading into the playoffs.

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Golden State is favored at home tonight, as the Warriors are currently getting odds of -5 points against the Spurs. The over/under total for the game has been set at 210 points.

This game features the two top teams in the NBA based on record, as the Spurs are 38-6 overall and 30-14 against the spread while the Warriors are 40-4 overall and 26-17-1 against the spread. The Warriors have yet to lose at home, going 20-0. These two teams have yet to meet this season, but the Spurs have won eight of their last nine against Golden State.
