BU 1-7 ATS in last 8 non-conference games
Even though No. 17 Baylor is a double-digit home favorite tonight against Georgia, it could have issues covering in this Big 12/SEC Challenge.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Bears are 11.5-point home favorites over the Bulldogs while the total currently sits at 137.5 points. Georgia enters play with an 11-7 record and is 10-8 against the spread, while Baylor is 16-4 overall but just 5-8 ATS.
The Bears have been a horrible bet in non-conference games, covering just once in their last eight non-Big 12 matchups. They’re also just 3-9 against the number in their last 12 games following a straight up win and 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games versus a team with a winning percentage above .600.
As for the Bulldogs, they’re a hot 6-1 ATS in their last seven games overall and a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a loss. Georgia is surrendering just 68.2 points per game and has held opponents to 38.1 percent shooting, which is 11th-best in the nation.
While the Bulldogs are just 1-16 against ranked teams since March of 2012, they’re capable of giving the Bears trouble tonight. Whether or not Georgia can muster enough offense to stay within the 11.5 points is the question.
