Virginia isn’t a team that comes to mind when you think about potent offenses, but the Cavaliers have been on top of their game as of late. Eight of the Cavaliers’ last 11 wins have been by double figures and their losses (3) in that stretch have been by a combined 8 points and against the top teams in the ACC. While Butler is a formidable opponent, the Bulldogs will be dealing with a defensive effort it hasn’t faced this season and still be challenged to limit Virginia’s offense and Malcolm Brogdon. Virginia has covered in six of its last 7 against a winning team and I expect that to happen again tonight.
