Kentucky lost almost its entire team from 2016-17. Eight players either graduated or left for the NBA from a team that reached the regional finals. Among the biggest losses are Malik Monk and De’Aaron Fox. Despite the departures, Kentucky is bringing in another monster recruiting class. The class includes six 5-star players and a total of eight players altogether.
Duke is coming off a second-round exit in the NCAA Tournament and the Blue Devils will be losing key players like Luke Kennard and Jayson Tatum. However, Grayson Allen is returning for another season and the Blue Devils are adding some key 5-star recruits like Gary Trent Jr. and Wendell Carter.

Michigan State had a so-so season as it relied heavily on four freshman. However, all four will be returning, including Miles Bridges, who could have been a lottery pick in the NBA Draft. Adding to the mix is 5-star recruit Jaren Jackson Jr. and 4-star recruit Xavier Tillman.
