According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, UCLA is favored on the road, as the Bruins are getting odds of -30 points against the Rebels. The over/under total for the game has been set at 65.5 points. These two have no recent meetings, but the Rebels are 0-3-1 against the spread in their last 4 against Pac-12 opponents while hitting the over in all four of those games.

UCLA started the season with a 34-16 win over Virginia at home. The spread was 18 points, so the Bruins pushed and they went under the 53-point total. UCLA had 503 yards of offense in the win over Virginia while holding the Cavaliers to just 98 rushing yards. True freshman quarterback Josh Rosen had a great debut, going 28 of 35 passing for 351 yards and three touchdowns. Soso Jamabo added 79 rushing yards on nine carries.

UNLV opened the season with a 38-30 loss at Northern Illinois last week. The Rebels were getting 21.5 points in the spread and they hit the over of 61.5 points. The game was a shootout as the teams combined for over 1,000 yards of offense. UNLV finished with 493 total yards. Quarterback Blake Decker led the effort with 319 yards passing with two touchdowns. Receiver Devonte Boyd added five receptions for 107 yards.
