Houston vs. Tulane Odds

According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Houston is the favorite on the road, as the Cougars are getting odds of -19.5 points against the Green Wave. The over/under total for the game has been set at 58.5 points. Houston has won and covered the spread in nine of its last 10 meetings with Tulane.
Houston is 5-0 on the season, 2-0 in the AAC, 3-2 against the spread and 3-1-1 with the over. The Cougars are coming off a 49-28 win over SMU last week. They have won four of their five games by double digits. Tulane is 2-3 on the season, 1-1 in the AAC, 2-3 against the spread and 4-1 with the over. The Green Wave are coming off a 49-10 loss to Temple last week, which snapped a two-game winning streak. Tanner Lee has thrown for 973 yards and eight touchdowns to lead the offense, but he is out of this game due to a concussion. Devin Powell has thrown just eight passes this season, but will fill in for Lee. Teddy Veal has caught 23 passes for 288 yards and three touchdowns and will be Powell’s top target. The leading rusher is Dontrell Hilliard, who has 188 yards and two scores.
