Oklahoma has won this conference title nine times and is the defending champion. The Sooners were 11-2 overall last season and 8-1 in the Big 12. Oklahoma has to face Ohio State this season while also making Big 12 road trips to TCU and West Virginia while hosting Baylor and Oklahoma State and meeting Texas in the annual rivalry game.

Baylor has won the conference title twice in program history. The Bears were 10-3 last season and 6-3 in the Big 12. They have had a rough offseason, where they had to cut ties with coach Art Briles due to off-the-field issues. The Bears host Oklahoma State and TCU this season while hitting the road to face Texas and Oklahoma.

Oklahoma State has won this conference title one time in program history. The Cowboys were 10-3 last season with a 7-2 mark in the Big 12. Oklahoma State will host Texas this year, but has road trips to Baylor, TCU and Oklahoma.
