The Thundering Herd, meanwhile, are 16-6 against the spread in their last 22 home games and are 14-5 at the betting window in their last 19 non-conference games. OUR PREDICTION: This is a tough spot for the Cardinals. They just blew out Florida State at home in an emotional game against an opponent that has had their number of late. Next week they clash with Clemson in a game for supremacy in the ACC; how difficult will it be for Louisville not to get caught looking ahead? While it’s hard to bet against Lamar Jackson and this juggernaut of an offense, look for the Cardinals to suffer a letdown tonight against a Thundering Herd squad that will be jacked up to pull off the upset. (It’s not as if Marshall is a blood donor, either. The Herd rank fifth in the nation in passing yards, sixth in scoring and 12th in total yards per game.)
