Bet Tonight’s Pac-12 Conference Championship Game
Colorado has been one of the most improved teams in the nation, going from four wins last season to 10 this season. The Buffaloes’ point differential and yardage differential have both improved as well. The biggest improvement came on defense, as Colorado ranks sixth in the country in defensive efficiency and according to ESPN.com, the Buffaloes haven’t allowed more than 24 points in a game since the start of October.
Washington is going for its 12th win of the season, which is something the Huskies haven’t done since going a perfect 12-0 in their national championship season in 1991. Jake Browning is also closing in on the Pac-12 record for touchdown passes in a season, while receiver John Ross is chasing the school and conference record of 18 touchdown catches, which is tied for the second-most in the FBS.

OUR PREDICTION: A lot of national pundits are laying the points with Washington tonight because of the talent gap between these two teams. But plenty of opponents had more overall talent than Colorado this season and the Buffs won consistently all year. The bottom line is that Colorado is a well-coached, well-prepared, pesky team that has killed at the betting window all season. They’re 11-2 against the spread in their last 13 games overall, are 8-2 against the number in their last 10 conference games and are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games versus a team with a winning record. The Pac-12 title game has often been a blowout but this is a great matchup with two good teams and the game should come down to the wire.
