Steelers vs. Rams Odds
The Pittsburgh Steelers get Le’Veon Bell back in the lineup on Sunday when they are on the road to face the St. Louis Rams at 1PM ET on CBS.
According to oddsmakers at GTBets, St. Louis is a very slim favorite in this game, as the Rams are getting odds of -1 point against the Steelers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 47.5 points. Pittsburgh has won and covered the spread in three of its last four meetings with the Rams.
Pittsburgh is 1-1 on the season, 2-0 against the spread and 1-1 with the over/under total. The Steelers opened the season with a 28-21 loss at New England but then picked up a 43-18 win over the 49ers at home last week. Pittsburgh’s offense was moving the ball just fine without Bell in the lineup as they have been averaging 458.5 yards per game through two games. DeAngelo Williams has rushed for 204 yards and three touchdowns in Bell’s absence, but now Bell is in the lineup after a season where he had 1,361 rushing yards with 8 touchdowns and 83 receptions for 854 yards and another three scores. Ben Roethlisberger already has 720 passing yards and four touchdowns this year while Antonio Brown has 18 catches for 328 yards and two touchdowns.
St. Louis is 1-1 on the season, 1-1 against the spread and 1-1 with the over/under total. After a 34-31 OT win over the Seahawks to start the season, the Rams then went and lost 24-10 at Washington last week. The Rams are posting just 282.5 yards per game on offense this year while allowing 358 yards per contest. Nick Foles has thrown for 447 yards and two touchdowns in his debut season, but the Rams are looking for more out of the backfield. The team has just 143 rushing yards in two games, but that could change if rookie Todd Gurley is able to suit up. He is listed as questionable to make his debut on Sunday after an ACL injury during his senior season at Georgia.
