According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Washington is the slight favorite at home, as the Redskins are getting odds of -3.5 points against the Bucs. The over/under total for the game has been set at 43 points. Tampa Bay has won four of its last six meetings with Washington and the Bucs are 3-1-2 against the spread in the last six meetings. These two have hit the under in four of their last five meetings.

Washington is 2-4 on the season, 3-3 against the spread and 4-2 with the under. The Redskins are coming off a 34-20 loss to the Jets for their second straight loss. Washington is averaging 19.5 points and 337.8 yards per game on offense while the defense is allowing just 23 points and 340.7 yards per game. Kirk Cousins has thrown for 1,420 yards and six touchdowns this year, but also has eight interceptions. Pierre Garcon has caught 32 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns. The defense is led by Chris Baker and Ryan Kerrigan, who each have 3.5 sacks.

Tampa Bay is 2-3 on the season, 2-3 against the spread and 3-2 with the over. The Bucs are coming off the bye week, but they picked up a 38-31 win over the Jaguars last week. Tampa is averaging 22 points and 340.8 yards per game on offense this year. The team has the ninth-best rush attack in the NFL, averaging 122.4 yards per game on the road. Defensively, Tampa gives up 29.6 points per game, which ranks 31st in the league, but they are allowing just 322.8 yards per game, which ranks fifth in the NFL. Doug Martin is leading the team with 405 rushing yards and three touchdowns while rookie Jameis Winston has thrown for 1,174 yards with seven touchdowns and seven interceptions. Gerald McCoy is leading the defense with 4.5 sacks.
