The Cincinnati Bengals look to remain undefeated on Sunday when they host the desperate Kansas City Chiefs at 1PM ET on CBS.
According to oddsmakers at GTBets, the Bengals are favored at home in this game, as Cincinnati is getting odds of -4 points against the Chiefs. The over/under total for the game has been set at 44 points. Cincinnati has won three straight meetings with the Chiefs, but the road team has covered the spread in the last two meetings. These two have hit the under in eight of their last nine encounters.

Cincinnati has won its last two games by a total of 9 points, including a 28-24 win at Baltimore last week thanks to a pair of TD passes to A.J. Green late in the game. Green has caught 18 passes for 335 yards and three touchdowns to lead Cincy while Andy Dalton has thrown for 866 yards and eight touchdowns. Kansas City is 1-2 overall, 1-2 against the spread and 3-0 with the over. The Chiefs have lost two straight following a 38-28 loss at Green Bay on Monday night. Alex Smith has thrown for 724 yards and four touchdowns this season while Jamaal Charles has rushed for 231 yards and four scores.
