The over/under total for the contest has been set at 41.5 points. The Titans have won five straight meetings with the Bills and covered the spread in four straight in this series.

He has 988 passing yards and eight touchdowns with four interceptions while also rushing for 111 yards and a score. The Buffalo defense is led by Preston Brown, who has 36 tackles and two interceptions.
Tennessee is 1-2 on the season, 2-1 against the spread and 3-0 with the over. The Titans are coming off their bye week, but they have lost two straight entering Sunday. Tennessee is averaging 29.7 points and 403.7 yards per game on offense while the defense is allowing 25.7 points and 327.7 yards per game. Marcus Mariota has thrown for 833 yards and eight touchdowns in his rookie season with the Titans. Kendall Wright is his leading target, as he has 13 catches for 213 yards and two scores. The Tennessee defense is led by Derrick Morgan, who has 12 tackles and three sacks.
