The Pittsburgh Steelers look to find a way to win against without Big Ben when they host the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at 1PM ET on FOX.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, the Cardinals are favored on the road, as they are getting odds of -3 points against the Steelers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 44 points. Pittsburgh has won four of its last five against the Cardinals, but Arizona is 4-2-1 against the spread against the Steelers. The two have hit the over in six of their last seven meetings.
Arizona is 4-1 on the season, 4-1 against the spread and 5-0 with the over. The Cardinals are coming off a 42-17 win over the Lions in Detroit last week. It’s the third time the team has posted over 40 points this year. The Cardinals average 38 points and 400 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up just 18 points and 340 yards per game. Carson Palmer has thrown for 1,316 yards and 13 touchdowns to lead the team while Larry Fitzgerald has caught 35 passes for 490 yards and six touchdowns. The defense is led by Tyrann Mathieu, who has 29 tackles with two interceptions.
Pittsburgh is 3-2 on the season, 4-0-1 against the spread and 4-1 with the under. Pittsburgh is coming off a 24-20 win at San Diego last week. The Steelers won the game on a Le’Veon Bell touchdown run as time expired. Pittsburgh is averaging 24 points and 375.8 yards per game on offense while allowing 19 points and 375.2 yards per game on defense. The team is without Ben Roethlisberger still, who has a knee injury that has sidelined him. Mike Vick has thrown for 365 yards and two touchdowns while filling in while Bell has 302 rushing yards and three scores. Antonio Brown has added 37 receptions for 523 yards and two scores. The Pittsburgh defense is led by Stephon Tuitt, who has 26 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
