SEA vs. ARI Breakdown
Already with a win over the Seattle Seahawks and something to play for today, will the Arizona Cardinals roll over their division foe at home?
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, Arizona is favored at home in this game, as the Cardinals are getting odds of -6.5 points against the Seahawks. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 47 points. These two meet today at 4:25PM ET on FOX.
The Cardinals (13-2, 9-6 ATS) have won the NFC West, but they can earn the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs with a win today and a loss by the Panthers. The Seahawks (9-6, 7-7 ATS) can’t do much to alter their playoff standing, but already suffered a loss to Arizona earlier this year and may want revenge. The public betting for this game is actually backing Seattle slightly on the road, as the Seahawks are getting 51 percent of the wagers as a 6.5-point underdog. Arizona picked up a 39-32 win in Seattle back on Nov. 15, but Seattle has won and covered in four of the last six in the series. Seattle is also 5-1 ATS in its last 6 while Arizona is just 3-3 ATS in its last six.
Seattle continues to deal with big injuries as Marshawn Lynch won’t be back for this game while dealing with his hernia and backup TE Luke Wilson is out with a concussion. He has been filling in for Jimmy Graham who had his season ended with a leg injury weeks ago. Tackle Russell Okung is also doubtful with a calf injury while Kam Chancellor is questionable with a bruised tailbone. The Cardinals are largely healthy today. Their big injury came to safety Tyrann Mathieu a few weeks ago, when he suffered a torn ACL.
