Packers vs. Cardinals Pick
Can the Green Bay Packers and Arizona Cardinals find themselves in a shootout in tonight’s NFL Divisional Playoff game?
According to oddsmakers at RealBets, Arizona is favored at home in tonight’s game, as the Cardinals are getting odds of -7.5 points against the Packers. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 49 points. These two meet tonight at 8:15PM ET on NBC.
Arizona is 13-3 on the season, 6-2 at home, 9-7 against the spread and 9-7 with the over. Green Bay is 11-6 on the season, 6-3 on the road, 10-7 against the spread and 11-6 with the under. Arizona won a meeting back on Dec. 27 at home, 38-8. The home team has won five of the last six between these two and they have hit the over in two of their last three meetings.
The Packers get left tackle David Bakhtiari back, which should help Aaron Rodgers get more time to find his receivers. He’ll need to put up a lot of points because Arizona will produce a big number, similar to the 38 points they put up against Green Bay in Week 16 at home. The Cardinals finished second in the league in points scored at 30.6 per game. Carson Palmer has a plethora of weapons led by Larry Fitzgerald, John Brown and David Johnson.
