Myles Jack NFL Draft Prediction
Will UCLA linebacker Myles Jack drop out of the top 10 tonight when the 2016 NFL Draft commences at 8:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Jack’s draft slot has an over/under of 8 for tonight. That means that if bettors believe Jack will be taken somewhere between picks 1 through 8, then they would bet the “under.” Conversely, if bettors believe Jack will fall out of the top 8, then they would place a wager on the “over.”
NJ.com reported Wednesday that the Giants (who currently own the 10th pick in the draft) have removed Jack from their draft board due to health concerns.
“It’s like school. F is bad and A is good…If there’s a D, there is a lot of risk, and if it’s an F, we’re not going to take them,” Giants general manager Jerry Reese said last week when asked about dropping players due to medical concern.

Jack likely would have been a sure-fire top 10 selection had he not torn his knee back in September. He himself admitted that it’s possible he’ll eventually have to underdog microfracture surgery, which could force teams to pull his name off their draft boards if true.
OUR PREDICTION: It doesn’t seem likely that Jack will be selected within the first eight picks. The two quarterbacks will be taken first, followed by a combination of Jalen Ramsey, Laremy Tunsil, Joey Bosa, DeForest Buckner and Ezekiel Elliott. As one of the top offensive linemen in the draft, Notre Dame’s Ronnie Stanley could be taken in the first eight selections as well.
Jack is an absolute stud and if healthy, a linebacker that can stay on the field in obvious passing situations. But due to his medical concerns, it’s highly likely that he falls past the first eight picks and even out of the top 10.
