Jaguars vs. Ravens Odds
A pair of 2-6 teams meet up this Sunday looking for a win as the Baltimore Ravens hosting the Jacksonville Jaguars at 1PM ET on CBS.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Baltimore is favored at home, as the Ravens are getting odds of -5.5 points against the Jaguars. The over/under total for the game has been set at 47.5 points. The home team has won six straight in this series, covering the spread in five of the six games. These two have pushed or hit the under in four straight meetings.
Baltimore is 2-6 on the season, 1-6-1 against the spread and 5-3 with the over. The Ravens are coming off their bye week, but they picked up a 29-26 win over the Chargers prior to that. The team lost Steve Smith in their last game to an Achilles injury. He was the leading receiver. The defense is led by Daryl Smith, who has 76 tackles and two sacks.
Jacksonville is 2-6 overall, 4-4 against the spread and 6-2 with the over. The Jaguars are coming off a 28-23 loss to the Jets on the road last week. Jacksonville is averaging 21.2 points and 354.4 yards per game on offense, while the defense is giving up 29.4 points and 357.8 yards per contest. Blake Bortles has thrown for 2,193 yards and 17 touchdowns to lead the offense while Allen Robinson has caught 40 passes for 707 yards and six touchdowns. T.J. Yeldon is the leading rusher with 470 yards and a score while Telvin Smith is leading the defense with 76 tackles and an interception.
