Cowboys vs. Dolphins Odds
The Dallas Cowboys finally get Tony Romo back in the fold today when they hit the road to face the Miami Dolphins at 1PM ET on FOX.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Dallas is the slight favorite on the road today, as the Cowboys are getting odds of -1 point against the Dolphins. The over/under total for the game has been set at 46 points. Dallas has won four of its last five against Miami, going 3-2 against the spread in those games.
Dallas is just 2-7 on the season, 2-7 against the spread and 5-4 with the under. The Cowboys started 2-0 but then Romo injured his collarbone. Since then, Dallas has lost seven straight. Now Romo returns, leading an offense that is averaging just 18.4 points and 338.7 yards per game. The defense is allowing 23.8 points and 349.4 yards per contest. Romo has thrown for 551 yards and three scores so far this year. Jason Witten is the leading receiver with 49 catches for 445 yards and two scores. Barry Church is leading the defense with 70 tackles.
Miami is 4-5 overall, 4-5 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. The Dolphins snapped a two-game losing streak last week with a 20-19 win over the Eagles. Miami is averaging 21.2 points and 350.2 yards per game on offense this year while the defense is giving up 25 points and 390.2 yards per contest. Ryan Tannehill has thrown for 2,454 yards and 15 touchdowns to lead the offense while Rishard Matthews has caught 42 passes for 647 yards and four touchdowns. The defense is led by Reshad Jones, who has 83 tackles with three interceptions and two sacks.
