Will the Bucs rebound from their ugly loss to Arizona last weekend with a win and a cover in their home-opener today vs. the Rams at 4:05PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Buccaneers are 4.5-point home favorites versus the Rams after opening as a 4-point favorite. As for the total, the number opened at 42 and that’s where it currently sits.
The Rams are just 15-36-1 against the spread in their last 52 games played in the month of September despite beating the Seahawks as a 6-point home underdog last Sunday. They’re also 1-5-1 against the number in their last seven road games and are winless at 0-5 ATS in their last five games in Week 3.
The Buccaneers are 7-1 against the spread in their last eight games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game. They’re also 10-4 against the number in their last 14 games following an ATS loss, but are just 1-5 at the betting window in their last six games overall.

OUR PREDICTION: The Rams have been a great bet in this series, covering in all five of their last five games versus the Bucs. The underdog is 7-3-1 against the spread in the last 11 games between these two teams, while Tampa Bay is just 3-8 ATS in its last 11 games in September. The Rams can’t move the ball offensively but as they proved last week in their home-opener, they can still play defense. Jameis Winston was careless with the ball last week and if he’s turning the ball over left and right again today then Los Angeles should cover.
