NFL Week 4 Predictions: Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals 10/2/16

Rams vs. Cardinals Prediction

What’s the best play on the board this afternoon in Arizona when the Cardinals host the Rams at 4:25PM ET?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cardinals are now 9.5-point home favorites versus the Rams after Los Angeles opened as an 8.5-point underdog. As for the total, the number currently sits at 43.5 points after it opened at that same number.

Bet Today’s NFL Games

The Rams are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games overall, are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games versus NFC opponents and are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games after allowing less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game. That said, they’re just 2-5-1 at the betting window in their last eight road games.

The Cardinals haven’t been a great bet of late, failing to cover in seven of their last nine home games and five of their last six games overall. They’re also 2-7 ATS in their last nine games versus a team with a winning record and are 0-4 against the number in their last four games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous contest.

OUR PREDICTION: The Rams are just 1-5 against the spread in their last six games versus the Cardinals and are going into a buzz saw today after Arizona lost last week to Buffalo. Following the Cardinals’ Week 1 loss to the Patriots, Bruce Arians’ squad returned home the following week and waxed the Buccaneers, 40-7. Seeing as how Arians isn’t a huge fan of Jeff Fisher, expect a similar outcome today.

NFL WEEK 4 PREDICTION: ARIZONA CARDINALS -9.5
