Bet Tonight’s Broncos vs. Chargers Game

The Broncos remain a great bet despite losing last week to the Falcons as a 3.5-point home favorite. They’re a perfect 4-0 against the spread in their last four road games, are 6-1-1 against the number in their last eight games overall, and are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 divisional matchups. They’re 7-3 against the number in their last 10 games in October as well.

The Chargers have been a great bet as well despite losing games outright. They’re 7-2 against the spread in their last nine games overall, are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games versus AFC West opponents and are 7-1 at the betting window in their last eight games following a loss. That said, they’re 1-9 against the spread in their last 10 home games versus a team with a winning road record.

OUR PICK: The Broncos are a perfect 5-0 against the spread in their last five games in San Diego while the road team is 16-6-5 against the number in the last 27 meetings between these two teams. With Trevor Siemian expected to return to the starting lineup, the Broncos should be able to move the ball much more effectively than a week ago when rookie Paxton Lynch was constantly under siege by Atlanta’s pass-rush. Denver’s running game might not getting going against the league’s 8th-ranked run defense, but Siemian should be able to attack San Diego’s 27th-ranked pass defense assuming his offensive line plays better for him than it did Lynch.
