Texans vs. Broncos Injury Report
Will any of the key players for the Houston Texans and Denver Broncos be out for tonight’s Monday Night Football game? Here’s the latest news.
According to the oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Broncos are favored at home in this game, as Denver is getting odds of -7.5 points against the Texans. The over/under total for the contest is listed at 40.5 points.
The biggest injuries for this game come on the offensive line for the Broncos, as both Russell Okung and Donald Stephenson are listed as questionable to play tonight due to concussion-like symptoms. Okung is the main focus for Denver and their line. He was able to practice on a limited basis during the week, but hasn’t been officially cleared to play as of yet. Another injury for Denver is receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who is battling a hip injury, but is probable to play. He left last week’s game early, but has been able to practice this week. Sanders has caught 36 passes for 413 yards and three touchdowns this season.

The biggest injuries for the Texans are ones the team has already been dealing with. The loss of J.J. Watt for the season due to a back injury impacts the defense all around. The Texans still have 16 sacks on the season with Watt accounting for 1.5 of them. Safety Quinton Demps will also be out for this game because of a calf injury that kept him out of last week’s game as well. Demps has 21 tackles and an interception this season. Houston also has their two receivers battling some lingering injuries. DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller both are dealing with hamstring injuries, but both are listed as probable. The two have combined for 51 catches for 681 yards and five touchdowns in 2016.
