Who the Trends Like: Oakland. In the last five meetings between these two teams, the Raiders are 4-1 against the spread.

Who We Like: Philadelphia. I don’t feel great about laying 10 points in a primetime game but I’ll make the exception here because I don’t think the Raiders show up. Oakland gave a valiant effort last Sunday night against Dallas, losing by a field goal after Derek Carr lost a fumble while trying to reach the ball to the pylon in the closing seconds. That said, that was at home on primetime. Tonight is different, with the Raiders having to travel cross-country to face an Eagles team on Christmas night with everything to play for.

The Raiders are 2-8-2 against the spread in their last 12 games overall, are 0-6-1 against the number in their last seven road games versus a team with a winning home record, and is 0-4-1 at the betting window in their last five road games.

The Eagles, meanwhile, are a perfect 5-0 against the spread in their last five home games, are 9-2 against the number in their last 11 games overall, and are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
