Oakland has major injury concerns, starting at quarterback. With both Derek Carr and Matt McGloin banged up, Connor Cook will make his first NFL start. He’ll also be without his blindside protector in Donald Penn, who is out with a knee injury. Menelik Watson will start in Penn’s place.
