That said, they’re just 5-11 against the spread in their last 16 home games and are 14-42-1 at the betting window in their last 57 home games when facing an opponent with a losing road record.

OUR PREDICTION: No reason to bet against the red-hot Dolphins, especially when facing a 49ers team that is 2-8 against the spread in their 10 games this season. Since Jay Ajayi has become the focal point of Adam Gase’s offense, the Dolphins have taken off. Ryan Tannehill is also playing significantly better over Miami’s five-game winning streak than what he was at the start of the season. At some point the Dolphins are going to lay an egg, but I don’t see it coming at home against a 49ers team that has nothing to play for but pride.
