Who the Trends Like: The Seahawks have covered in four straight games in Arizona. The over, meanwhile, has cashed in 10 of the last 13 meetings between these two teams in Arizona, although the last time these two teams met in the desert it was a 6-3 final.
Who We Like: Seattle. As fans and as bettors, we tend to overreact to what we just saw. What we saw last week was a (possibly) over-hyped Seahawks team lost outright to the Redskins as an 8-point home favorite. But Blair Walsh missed three field goals in that game and the Seahawks had multiple big plays called back due to penalties.
Meanwhile, Adrian Peterson rushed 37 times for well over 100 yards as the Cardinals soundly beat San Francisco as a small favorite on the road. Since Arizona was a public team a week ago, perhaps many bettors are feeling good about taking the 6 points tonight with Bruce Arians’ team.
