SB50 total starting to drop at sports books
Several online sports books have dropped the total for Super Bowl 50 down a point or half-point ahead of Sunday’s 6:30PM ET kickoff.
The over/under for Super Bowl Sunday opened at 45 points at the majority of online and Vegas sports books. For most books, the total has stayed at that number but now we’re starting to see some online sites drop the number the closer we get to kickoff.
For example, the over/under is sitting at 44.5 at online sports book BetDSI. The total is also 44.5 at Bookmaker and at the MGM Mirage in Las Vegas. Bet Online has even dropped the number as low as 44, while RealBet.eu, Sportsbook.com, and Mybookie still list the over/under at the original number of 45.
The point spread for Sunday’s game also remains between 5.5 and 6 points in favor of the Panthers. BetDSI, Bet Online, Bookmaker and Mybookie all list Carolina at -5.5, while Mybookie and RealBet.eu have Denver as a 6-point underdog. The side varies in Vegas as well, as Westgate Superbook, MGM Mirage, William Hill and Wynn LV all list the Panthers -5.5, while Stations has Carolina at -6.
