SABRES KEY TRENDS: The Sabres are just 84-177 in their last 261 games overall, are 29-61 in their last 90 games versus Western Conference opponents and are 37-87 in their last 124 road games. They’re also 10-41 in their last 51 games versus Central opponents and are 1-6 in their last seven games versus a team with a losing record.

BLUES KEY TRENDS: The Blues are just 2-5 in their last seven games overall and 2-5 in their last seven games versus eastern Conference opponents. They’re also coming off two days of rest but they’re winless at 0-4 in their last four games when playing in that situation. The Blues are, however, 47-16 in their last 63 games versus a team with a winning percentage below .400.

OUR PREDICTION: The Blues are coming off an embarrassing 8-4 loss at Columbus last weekend but Ken Hitchcock said Monday that the team had its best practice of the season. The Sabres are just 3-18-2 in their last 23 games versus the Note and are winless at 0-4 in their last four games in St. Louis. While the Blues aren’t firing on all cylinders, look for them to exercise some demons tonight and win big over Buffalo.
