NHL Betting Trends
Las Vegas
The Golden Knights are 9-2 in their last 11 games versus the Western Conference. Las Vegas is 9-2 in its last 11 games as a road favorite.
Colorado
The Avalanche are 4-1 in their last five games overall. Colorado is 19-39 in its last 58 games as an underdog.
Prediction:
While the Avs were playing good hockey prior to their loss at the Blackhawks and at least played well on the defensive end in Chicago, they are only on the fringe of the playoff race in the Western Conference. Needless to say, this is another important game for Colorado. Las Vegas is in a better spot right now and has less rest coming into this contest. The Avs have the talent up front and are properly motivated. I’ll take the home teams at plus money here.
