Pittsburgh has 7/2 odds to head back to the Stanley Cup for the third consecutive year. No team has won three straight Eastern Conference titles since the 1982-1984 New York Islanders.

Meanwhile, the Lightning have the next-best odds of 6/1, although they share those odds with the Capitals. The Maple Leafs, meanwhile, are 7/1, while the Canadiens and Rangers are both 8/1, respectively. The Blue Jackets are 12/1, while the Bruins and Senators are both 15/1, respectively. The Panthers and Islanders are both long shots at 20/1, respectively.

The other long shots include the Sabres, Hurricanes and Flyers are 30/1, respectively. The biggest long-shots include the Red Wings and Devils, who are 100/1, respectively.
