According to the latest oddsmakers, the Boston Bruins and Vegas Golden Knights are currently sharing the favored spot, as each is listed with 6/1 odds to win the Stanley Cup. The Tampa Bay Lightning have the next shortest odds at 7/1, while the Philadelphia Flyers are listed with 9/1 odds to win.

The Bruins hold the top spot in the NHL right now and Eastern Conference with 100 points. They are the lone team with triple digits in points. Boston is 44-14-12 on the season with a 22-4-9 home record and 22-10-3 road record. With just 12 games remaining for them, and a six-point lead on the field, Boston seems to be set to take the top seed in the entire playoffs. Tampa is second in the Atlantic Division and the Eastern Conference right now with 92 points. The Lightning trail Boston by eight points with 12 games to play. Tampa is 43-21-6 overall, 22-10-2 at home and 21-11-4 on the road. They have a +50 goal differential this season, thanks to a league-best 245 goals.

The Flyers have 89 points right now, which puts them fourth in the East and second in the Metropolitan Division. Philly is 41-21-7 on the season, 25-6-4 at home and 16-15-3 on the road. The Flyers trail the Capitals by 1 point in the division with 13 games to play. Philly has a +36 goal differential, which is fourth-best in the NHL right now.
